Please follow the directions to complete the application for USDOJ approval as a provider of the post-filing, pre-discharge financial management course.

1. To complete the application online, please access the USDOJ website at http://www.usdoj.gov/ust/bapcpa/ccde/index.htm. This site contains instructions and applications for approval as a provider of pre-filing credit counseling and post-confirmation personal financial management courses. The information you need is located in the rectangle on the right hand side of the page.
2. Please note that the instructions provided by the DOJ are very helpful in completing the application.
